My Mom is a great cook! She always makes sure she has something for everyone. For the past few years she has tried to perfect Prime Rib for our Christmas get together. I think every year it gets better. I am not so sure it is "perfect" to her, yet. None the less we have a fun time together and eat way too much. She has to make desert for each of us!! We had Angel Food Cake, pecan pie and homemade fruit salad!!! Yummy!
